January Parks & Recreation Board Meeting Cancelled
Monroe County Parks and Recreation Board has cancelled its meeting scheduled for Monday, January 9, 2012, at 6:00PM, at Big Pine Key Community Park, Big Pine Key, Sands Road, MM31.
The Parks and Recreation Board advises the Monroe County Board of Commissioners (BOCC) on recreation and parks operations, and makes recommendations to the BOCC on these matters. Five members are nominated by individual Commissioners, and confirmed by the full Commission. Each term is four years. Parks and Recreation Board members are required to be residents of Monroe County.
