The intent of the project is to re-construct the entire roadway and seawall. The project also involves installing improved drainage systems and replacing the original City water main installed by the US Navy in the early 1940’s. In addition, FDOT will be replacing sewer lines, making traffic signal improvements, installing new ADA compliant sidewalks, adding additional crosswalks, and street lighting enhancements.
