3. 125 COLSON DRIVE, CUDJOE KEY, MILE MARKER 21: A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION CONCERNING A REVOCATION OF AN EXISTING SPECIAL VACATION RENTAL PERMIT PURSUANT TO LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE SECTION 134-1(H).  THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING IS REQUESTING THE PERMIT TO BE REVOKED BECAUSE THE PERMIT HOLDER HAS NOT CONTINUED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE SECTION 134-1(E)(10) AND (12).
