NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, the applicants of the below mentioned application will hold a Community Meeting by Communications Media Technology (CMT) Zoom® Meeting (access below) beginning at 5:05 PM.  

The following item will be discussed at the Community Meeting:

CALUSA CAMPGROUND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, 325 CALUSA STREET, KEY LARGO, MILE MARKER 101:  A PUBLIC MEETING CONCERNING A REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF A 2ND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY AND CALUSA CAMPGROUND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC. THE 2ND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT IS TO CONTINUE THE REDEVELOPMENT OF AN EXISTING RV PARK TO SEASONAL RENTALS AND PROVIDE A TIME LINE  FOR CARRYING OUT THE RELATED IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SITE OF THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN (367) TRANSIENT RV DWELLING UNITS AND ACCESSORY STRUCTURES/USES THERETO, ON THE PROPERTY. NO STRUCTURES WILL BE HIGHER THAN 40 FEET PURSUANT TO SECTION 131-2 OF THE MONROE COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS DESCRIBED AS A PARCEL OF LAND IN SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 61 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, KEY LARGO, MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, HAVING REAL ESTATE NUMBERS 00541810-000100 THROUGH 00541810-000471.
