Sunset Point Park Boat Ramp provides access to the bayside and has one paved/concrete ramp surface. The ramp is intended for small boats only, like kayaks, and will accommodate light to moderate use. The parking area is pea rock with six truck/trailer spaces, trash cans, and a picnic table. Parking is sometimes unavailable during peak usage and is first come, first serve. Parking is not permitted on the right-of-way in this neighborhood. There is a $200 fine for parking in non-designated areas.
