NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at 3:00 P.M., the Monroe County Purchasing Office will receive and open sealed responses for the following:


In response to Covid-19, the Monroe County Purchasing Department will be implementing a new electronic process for receiving and opening sealed bids. Monroe County is committed to continuing to receive and process competitive solicitations while maintaining the health and safety of our employees and those who attend bid openings.  Please do not mail or attempt to deliver in person any sealed bids.  Mailed/physically delivered bids/proposals/responses WILL NOT be accepted.

The Monroe County Purchasing Department hereby directs that bids be submitted via email to, no later than 3 P.M. on July 8, 2020.  

Your subject line on your email must read as follows: Fleet Surplus Property 07/08/2020. Files that do not contain this subject line WILL BE REJECTED.
